Quinta Style uses local delivery companies to deliver items under 30kg anywhere in the Algarve from Monday to Friday, 9am until 6pm. Deliveries are dispatches the next working day after the order has been placed and you then should receive your item within 5 working days. Please note that Quinta Style does not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

On delivery of the order to the specified delivery address you will sign for the order but if we miss you, we’ll leave a calling card so you can easily rearrange delivery.

Goods remain property of Quinta Style until signed for.

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during delivery, it is important that you notify upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the delivery.

If you are for any reason not satisfied with your purchase we’ll be happy to offer you an exchange or refund on any merchandise that is returned in its original condition, with original packaging and delivery receipt within 7 days.

We accept all returns in store and upon delivery if unsatisfied.

If for any reason you would like to cancel an order this may be done by contacting us via email qsps@sapo.pt. You will only be able to cancel within 24 hours (working days).
